Almost four years ago I stopped eating bread completely, apart from the occasional burger or pizza I never eat it and feel much better for it. There has been times where I’ve gone over 6 months without even a crumb! If you’ve never cut bread from your diet then you’ll never really understand how bad it really is until you do. There is no nutrients, vitamins or minerals that bread contains that you can’t get from much better sources! I can’t stress highly enough how much better you will feel without bread in your life.
