Zinc is an essential trace mineral that is found in every tissue in the human body. Zinc deficiency can cause an array of health issues, none more important than lowering of the libido in both men and women – disastrous!
If you are a vegetarian you are deficient. If you don’t eat red meat on a regular basis you are probably zinc deficient also! Zinc is found in large amounts in red meat and some seafood – oysters having the highest zinc concentration, hence the increased sex drive after consuming!
